I have been married more than 13 years to my lovely wife Kristine. We were both born outside of Texas but got here as fast as we could. We grew up in the center of the universe (Arlington for me since 1976 and Duncanville for Kristine since 1978). We travelled professionally for our first 7 years of marriage (North Texas, Lubbock, Sydney, Houston and Denver) before landing back in DFW - Colleyville in 2004. We are also blessed with 2 great sons (they are real Texans), Trey 5 and Justin 3. We have a great deal of family and friends in this area and love to spend time here and travelling with many of these individuals.  
 
Professionally, I manage Hanson Pressure Pipe and Hanson Structural Precast www.hansonbuildingproducts.com (with company since 1993) and my wife is a photographer www.leathersphotography.com and previously was a school teacher. Since 1992, I have coached and played a variety of organized sports throughout my life; golf being the sport of choice at current age and physical condition. As far as coaching and being involved with the Board; I feel that youth sports are not just about refining an individual’s athletic ability but building social and collaboration skills, self discipline and self confidence which are critical in making them self supporting, confident adults. I believe in creation and support of a recreation league/system that encourages and rewards all levels of players abilities, but also provides excelled options where required.  
 
I look forward to the challenge and opportunity to serve the board and association in marketing and communications where I hope to increase the standards of information flow and data compilation for future analysis and decisions, while supporting other board positions and the success of the CBA.
